    What do you do if you realize that you burn out at work? What methods do you use to relax and distract from work?

    Most likely you just need to take a few days off and think about your hobbies. If you don't have the opportunity to take a break from work, then I can advise you to learn more about CBD oil, for example. It really helps to relax and doesn't cause any change in consciousness. It's a natural sedative.
